After careful review of how our platform was being used, we have made the difficult decision to shut down ConstreAI, effective immediately. This decision is final.
Our internal audits revealed that a significant majority of activity on the platform involved illegal use — including deception-based schemes commonly known as "e-whoring," in which automated conversations and AI-generated media were used to defraud real people.
ConstreAI was built as an automation tool. It was never intended to facilitate fraud, impersonation, or the exploitation of others. Despite our efforts, we are not able to reliably detect and prevent this kind of abuse at scale, and we are not willing to operate a service whose primary real-world effect is harm. Shutting down is the only responsible option left to us.

Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent or otherwise illegal behavior have been secured, and their activity history has been preserved. This data will be retained in accordance with applicable law and may be disclosed to relevant authorities upon lawful request. These accounts are not eligible for refunds.

Every account not implicated in the conduct described above is entitled to a full refund of any remaining balance or unused subscription period. Refund requests will be processed in the order they are received.
